  Una muy mala experiencia. Me hacen un cobro de 60euros y nadie sabe donde procede. Despues de mas de 20 días llamando a la oficina no me responden a las llamadas de teléfono. Muy incompetentes.

  We were then asked to sign a contract in Spanish which had 400 Euros as a figure on it, but we thought that included the deposit. Well, they upgraded us without telling us and charged us double the amount we had originally agreed to pay. When we complained, Europcar basically responded: "Tough luck."

  We quite frequently rent cars and have never had an experience like that before. Obviously we will never use Europcar again.

  Aweful didnt explain deposit consequences of using debit card,ruined holiday,we had to come home as they had 600 euros in deposit help for 15 days,offered no help,absolutely disgusted with the set up,we rented through interrent which when convenient to them they said was europecar but when they couldnt help it was interrents fault but conveniently there was no one there.do not use this firm.i later learned i could have gone cash machine and payed cash deposit for a car from europecar and got cash bk at end,absolutely terrble at explaining the terms of the deal,in my opiniin,you ruin someones holiday like that you shouldnt be allowed to rent vehicles out.they also gave upgrades for free then charges for them at end.took money out of wrong account for rental/deposit,total sham set up

  Watch out! Very dodgy. We rented one of the cheapest available cars online from Europcar. When we went to customer service to get our car, they asked us if we wanted a Citroen and we said: "We don't care which car brand we get." The word "upgrade" was not mentioned (my husband and I were there and neither of us would have agreed to an upgrade).
